Rentals
At TGR Creative Designs, we specialize in crafting cohesive, themed party settings by thoughtfully selecting and creating every element needed to bring your vision to life. Many of our props are hand-crafted to ensure a truly one-of-a-kind look. Our rentals table decor items are only available to rent as a collection, individual items are not available for rent. To maintain the quality and integrity of each setup, all rentals are personally delivered, installed, and broken down by our team—we do not offer shipping or client pickup options. This ensures every detail is exactly as you envisioned, providing a seamless and beautiful experience from start to finish.
Setup & Breakdown
We will handle the full setup on the day of your event. If your event begins before 10:00 a.m., we’re happy to arrange setup the day prior, subject to availability.
Please ensure the designated setup area is clean and completely free of furniture or other obstructions upon our arrival. We are unable to move furniture or clear spaces ourselves.
All items included in your setup must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. We will return at the conclusion of your event to disassemble and collect our setup.
Please note: our team is responsible solely for our setup and takedown. General party cleanup, including trash removal, is not included in our services.
Contract & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your items on the date and time of your event. In order to confirm your event, a contract must be signed along with the deposit. Terms and conditions are found within the contract. The final balance is due upon arrival before setup begins on the date of the event.

Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be granted up to thirty days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations made 15 to 29 days prior to an event will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the event will not receive a refund.
Cancellations made due to extreme weather conditions on the date of the event will receive a full refund excluding customization costs. All customization costs are non refundable.
Service Area & Transportation
We are based out of Knoxville, TN and serve most towns within 40 miles. We travel outside of our service area for an additional fee.

Once you submit your rental request, here’s what happens next:
We’ll check availability for your event date and respond within 1–2 business days.
If your items are available, you’ll receive a personalized quote along with a few questions to finalize details like setup and timing.
Once everything looks good, we’ll send over a rental contract and invoice for your deposit.
We handle the rest—from delivery and setup to post-event breakdown—so you can focus on making memories.
